We support clients to define a make vs. buy strategy and then design a supply chain strategy that will deliver their overall objectives at minimum risk and total cost of acquisition.

Our clients' low cost sourcing strategies generally fall into one of the following categories:

Purchase Orders are raised by our clients directly onto the supply chain partners that have been developed and supported by DNAagile. Our business model is to agree either a one-off consultancy fee for an agreed period or as a percentage of savings generated.

We offer a unique service that combines software, supply chain development, training and sourcing to offer our clients a robust low cost supply chain. Our leadership have decades of experience of supply chain management and low cost sourcing of engineering work packages. We provide localised account management and have integrated supply chains in India, China and Eastern Europe.

How much does it cost?

We can save you between 20% and 40% of total acquisition costs through our streamlined sourcing processes and reliable low cost supply chain networks. We work on either a fixed programme management fee or a percentage of the savings we deliver for your business.

DNAagile™ offers mentoring of your leadership team and 3rd party governance to drive and execute your continuous improvement plan. We understand SMEs and the challenges your business faces daily. You may have identified the benefits of a dedicated strategic change management specialist or continuous improvement champion within your business but can’t justify the investment or the appointed individual gets absorbed into daily fire-fighting activities. However we know what works and how focused effort on the right things can deliver maximum return at a significantly reduced cost.

How do we work?

DNAagile™ is your partner for strategic change management, continuous improvement and mentoring of your leadership team. You have access to us on a full-time basis but only pay a fraction of the costs – furthermore we can offer grant subsidies to minimise your expenditure. We offer partners a free workshop to understand your strategic and operational improvement objectives and develop a strategic business plan that is underpinned by a detailed tactical implementation plan. So that we can quote how many days advisory support you will require, we review the experience of your management team and available resources to deliver your business objectives. Typically, this will be 2-4 days depending upon your requirements. To support your business throughout the month we offer your business a free on-line project management tool and operational scorecard that enables us to drive change and monitor your business on a daily basis.

We have partnered with University of Liverpool on a European Regional Development Fund grant funded project to support advanced engineering companies improve their competitiveness - this enables us to offer a free workshop and free cloud based improvement solutions to our partners.
